Monday - Friday 6:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm
We will not be offering 24/7 access right away. We have to ease into reopening and these will be our temporary hours.
***Still bring your key fobs to sign in.
We are not requiring our members to book appointments. We are just going on a first come, first serve basis. This could of course change, but we think this will work best for us and you the member.
Face coverings will be required to enter the gym and must be worn into the change rooms, and front lobby. However, the face covering can be removed when you are working out.
To avoid cross contaminating spray bottles, each member who enters will be provided their own spray bottle and towel before their workout. We will ask all members to thoroughly wipe down all the equipment they have used once you are done with it. This includes handles, barbells, dumbbells, and weights. Staff will be sanitizing the bottles once the member is done with it, and will be sanitizing equipment as well.
All members must maintain a 2 meter distance. We have spaced out the equipment and benches to accommodate this distance. Please do not move any benches from their designated locations during this time. Some machines and cardio we will ask that people use “every other” to ensure the distance is followed.
We have to work together to ensure the safest possible environment for everyone.
The locker rooms will be open, but we are limiting them to 4 people at one time. Showers and lockers will be available, but if you could arrive ready to workout and only shower at the gym if going home isn’t an option right away that would be preferred. This allows us to avoid a bottleneck effect at the locker rooms.
Tanning and Sauna
Neither of these services will be available right away. Stay tuned on those.
We will not be accepting anyone for Day passes. The gym will only be available for current, returning, or new members.
If you have any other questions, please message, email or call us.
Lastly, we just ask that everyone remains patient. This is not an ideal scenario for anyone but we all have to make the best of it. We are so happy to be open and want to provide the best service we can while also taking everyone’s safety into account. We are all going to have to work together to ensure a smooth transition. We ask that you all do your part: Bring your mask, wipe down your equipment, be mindful of other people’s space, get your workout done in a timely manner, and work hard.
Let’s keep our Omega Community strong and healthy together. See you all soon!
